Neighborhood - South Park

Parking? Yes. Large parking garage right next to the brewery.

High Chairs? Yes.

Changing Tables? Yes. Both bathrooms.

Play Area? No.

Toys and Games? Shuffleboard upstairs.

Food? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch from a dedicated kitchen.

Run, Explore or Sit? Technically sit and explore. There’s a grass field just off the property that belongs to the apartments next door, but explaining that to kids can be a losing battle.

Babies, Little Kids or Big Kids? Babies, little kids, and big kids. Room for babies and little kids to check out. Great food and shuffleboard for the big kids to enjoy.

Dog Friendly? Outside on the patio only.

Non-Beer Options? Full coffee bar (Legion opens at 8 am every day), cocktails, wine, seltzer, soda, and milk.

Beer Focus - If Juicy Jay is on the tap list, Charlotte is going to drink it. The Supernova series of Berliner Weisse style is great for those looking for something with fruit flavors.

Our favorite beer? Every time Scott gets the Slainte Dry Irish Stout, he asks himself, “Why don’t I drink more Irish stouts?”

Beer to go? Yes.

Regular Events? No.

Date Spot? Definitely. You can make this your date spot or use it as a jumping off point for a South Park date night.

Wifi/Good place to work? One of the best. Opens at 8 am Monday-Friday with a full coffee bar, breakfast menu, and plenty of room to take a call or have a face to face meeting.

Our Take? One of Scott’s favorite places to take out of town guests for brunch. Combine Legion’s solid beer list, good coffee, and great food inspired by the beer, all in a beautiful space and you have a winner.
