High Chairs? No.
Changing Tables? No.
Play Area? No.
Toys and Games? Connect 4 and cornhole.
Food? Yes. The Airstream trailer has pizza, burgers, sandwiches and salads.
Run, Explore or Sit? Sit and Explore. The upstairs has some room to move around and the location right on the light rail line makes it a fun spot to train watch. As the day goes on and the crowd pours in, it’s more of a sit spot.
Babies, Little Kids or Big Kids? It depends. Great for babies to a point, but no changing table. Good for little kids early in the day.
Dog Friendly? Yes.
Non-Beer Options? Yes. Cocktails, wine, coffee, seltzers.
Beer Focus - IPAs are the star of the show here. Mountain Candy might as well be the lifeblood of Charlotte under 30. Check out the Southern Girl Blonde for a lighter option.
Our favorite beer? Please don’t ask how many Mountain Candys Scott has had in his life. The limited release IPAs are always fun.
Beer to go? Yes.
Regular Events? Wednesday and Saturday Yoga, Trivia on Wednesday, Music Bingo on Tuesday, Run Club on Wednesday.
Date Spot? Definitely. Head here before or after checking out Chapter 6 or one of the other great restaurants in South End.
Wifi/Good place to work? Yes. Full coffee bar all morning with breakfast options. Plenty of room to work or even have a face to face meeting.
Our Take? You have to go to Sycamore. If you went before you had kids, it’s definitely different, but still fun. Good beer, good food, and an amazing location. But once the plastic cups come out, that’s your cue to go home.
